6 முஸ்லிம்கள் துப்பாக்கி சூட்டில் பலி: போலீசார் மீது நடவைக்கை எடுக்க நிதீஷ் குமாரிடம் மில்லி கவுன்சில், வெல்பேர் பார்ட்டி வலியுறுத்தல்

நியூ டெல்லி: பீகாரிலுள்ள அராரியா மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள போர்பெஸ்கஞ் பிளாக்-ஐச் சேர்ந்த மக்கள், இரண்டு கிராமங்களை இணைக்கும் சாலைக்கு இடையே உள்ள தடுப்பை நீக்கக் கோரி நடத்திய அறவழிப் போராட்டத்தில் போலீசார் நடத்திய துப்பாக்கிச் சூட்டில் 6 அப்பாவி முஸ்லிம்கள் கொல்லப்பட்டனர்.

சம்பவம் குறித்து மில்லி கவுன்சிலின் பொதுச் செயலாளர் திர. மன்சூர் ஆலம் TwoCircles.நெட்-டிடம் பேசும்போது, "நிதீஷ் குமார் எந்த மதசார்பற்ற கொள்கையை பின்பற்றுகிறார் என்பது முக்கியமல்ல. போகும் வழியில்  6 அப்பாவி முஸ்லிம்களை போலீசார் குறிவைத்து சுட்டுக் கொன்றுள்ளனர். இது இவருக்கும், RSS -க்குமிடையே எவ்வித வேற்றுமையும் இல்லை என்பதையே காட்டுகிறது."  போலீசாரின் காட்டுமிராண்டித்தனத்தை ஒளிவு மறைவின்றி விமர்சிக்கிறார். நிராயுதபாணிகளான கிராமத்தினரை துரத்திச் சென்றும், வீட்டுக்குள் புகுந்தும் சுட்டுக் கொன்றுள்ளனர். சிறு குழந்தைகளையும், பெண்களைக் கூட விட்டு வைக்கவில்லை. முஸ்லிம்களை சுட்டுக் கொள்வது என்பது போலீசாரின் பொதுவான செயல் திட்டம் என்றாகிவிட்டது. ஏனென்றால், நீதிக்கு முன் நிறுத்தாமலேயே சிறுபான்மை முஸ்லிம்களை சுட்டுக் கொள்ளலாம் என்று அவர்கள் புரிந்து வைத்துள்ளார்கள்" என்கிறார் Dr. ஆலம்.

நிதீஷ் குமார் உடனடி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தும் Dr. ஆலம் கூறுகிறார்: நிதீஷ் குமார், அவரின் மதிப்பைக் குறித்து சிந்திக்கக் கூடியவர் என்றால், தவறிழைத்த காவலர்களின் மீது கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்பக்களுக்கு தலா 7 லச்சம் ரூபாய் இழப்பீடு வழங்கவேண்டும்" என்று.

Mujtaba Farooque, president of the recently launched political party Welfare Party of India (WPI), said, “The brutal way in which the police acted and fired at the unarmed villagers shows its biased mentality. There were ways through which the tragedy could have been averted but it’s complete highhandedness of the administration to think that it can kill innocent poor Muslims and no body will say anything.”
“The way Nitish Kumar government has handled the situation is completely unacceptable and the WPI is certainly going to raise the issue as the state as well as the national level,” added Farooque.
Both Farooque and Manzoor Alam said that the community organizations will take immediate and required action against this kind of brutality against the minorities which if not stopped then will continue.

Dr Alam said that Milli Council will soon get in touch with other community organization and will take action in three ways. First of all efforts will be made to collect the testimonies and witnesses of the case and think of the possibility of taking legal action against those responsible for the worst kind of human rights violation.
Besides writing a letter to National Human Rights Commission, a delegation will also meet the Chief Minister of the state and will press for action. Dr Alam said, “We will also try to bring together all the Muslim MLAs and MLCs of the state and bring about a political pressure on the state government.”
And if the state government doesn’t respond then community organizations will organize protest against the state brutality in Bihar as well as at the national level.
